Contact Elite Martial Arts at sales@elitemartialarts.com.au. We need to file a report and gather the necessary information.

 

 A. If it is a return or unwarranted problem, return it within 30 days of purchase in the original condition, and in the original packaging. It must be postmarked by the 30th day. Shipping costs will be reimbursed, the cost of the product will be refunded to your credit card.
  B. If there is something wrong, the product must be returned in the original condition, and in the original packaging. As soon as we have the broken product, a new one will be shipped within 48 hours at our cost.
